What is an episode, in credits?
1 episode ≈ 150 credits (script + ~8 stills + narration). Animating individual shots into true video is a paid upgrade. That covers a single 60–90 second vertical episode as a motion-stills cut — the still frames the engine generates, rendered to a 9:16 MP4. Your first episode is free; credits reset monthly and unused credits roll over for one billing cycle.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Plan changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Annual plans can be downgraded at renewal; mid-cycle downgrades are prorated as credit.
What export formats are supported?
Episodes export as a 9:16 MP4 (H.264) — the universal format you can publish to your feed or download and upload to any platform yourself.
Is my data secure?
Yes — all projects and assets are encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated to your workspace. Enterprise adds SSO, SAML, and a signed BAA on request.
